you kindly tell us your vehicle requirements by completing the on-line proposal form, or feel free to contact us to discuss. 

we then contact you to confirm the options and possibilities, including the likely cost and timescales etc
 

if you were satisfied with our estimates and wanted to proceed with an order we would then formalise your requirements and send you our vehicle supply agreement.

once you are happy that our vehicle supply agreement covers your requirements correctly and in full, we would then request a small deposit as a commitment to proceed with your order. 
we then start working closely on your behalf to supply the car of your choice, at the price you want to pay, usually within 7-21 days.

Note: the outstanding balance is due 'only upon satisfactory receipt of the car' and if we are unable to locate a suitable vehicle within 21 days, deposits are 'fully' refundable.
