How can CarSuppliers source cars cheaper than most other dealers and at less than retail prices?

It may seem 'too good to be true,' however, we are able to achieve competitive pricing because our business is much more efficient than a typical car sales operation. We have proven over time that by providing high quality vehicles 'sourced to order' including a personable service but without the expensive overheads of showrooms / commissioned sales people etc - our prices are much lower.

 
Why is it necessary to pay a deposit and how do we know we can trust you with our money?

Our business terms are designed to be risk free and we only request a small deposit as part of the commitment that we require to determine whether our customers are both ready and in a position to purchase their car.  

The balance is due only upon satisfactory receipt of the car and deposits are fully refundable if we are not able to locate a suitable vehicle within 21 days.

In direct response to trusting us, we have an enviable long established track record within the motor industry and keeping our good name is of paramount importance to us.

 
How do you make your money and are there any catches, like hidden fees?

Our philosophy is 'yes, we make a bit, but you save a lot.' We cover our costs and contribute to the ongoing success of the business from the margin that we apply to the end price of the vehicle.  It is always our endeavour to save our customers money by applying the lowest of margins to our prices.

There are definitely no catches or hidden fees. We take pride in the fact that most of our business is as a result of 'word of mouth' recommendations. We have achieved a great deal of repeat business on the basis of good honest business ethics.

 
What happens if you deliver a vehicle to us and we are just not satisfied with the condition – will there be a full refund?

We strive to ensure this will never happen, all cars that we purchase on behalf of customers are thoroughly checked and prepared prior to delivery, we send a detailed inspection report to customers before despatching the car for delivery.

However, if in the unlikely event there was a problem, we would firstly seek to rectify it at our own expense, otherwise, we would provide a full refund, (as stated clearly in our Terms of Business).

 
How could we possibly buy a car without seeing it first?

Provided you have a good idea about the type of car you desire then, saving 'time and money' is a very good reason for ordering a vehicle without seeing it first. We have found customers appreciate our advice and support through what can sometimes be a daunting process of buying a used car. Many have had unhappy experiences of private sales or have paid far too much through a dealer.
