If we are unable to locate the right quality car then we would rather say so than supply a used car that didn’t meet our high quality standards.

How it works – a step-by-step guide

1you tell us your car requirements including details of any part exchange vehicle by completing the on-line proposal form, or contact us to discuss.
2we then contact you to understand the finer details and agree budget, including part exchange values where applicable.
3we then prepare and send you our vehicle supply agreement, and request a small fully refundable token deposit as a commitment to proceed.
4we then start working exclusively for you by placing your requirements directly into the trade via our extensive network.
5we do our utmost to locate a suitable car (or cars) fitting your criteria, and then you decide in principle which car you would like to own based on our detail descriptions, (we will email you photos/video clips where practical).
6we then negotiate with our trade vendor and propose the car to you at a demonstrably competitive price for your final go-ahead, (which is still in principle, and subject to your verification upon delivery).
7once the car is physically at our premises, we then prepare it to the highest standard, checking that everything is working as it should, and we will email you a detailed pre-delivery inspection report confirming that the car is fully in tact.
8you then tell us ideally when and where you would like the car delivered, and we do our best to make the delivery happen to suit you.
9the car is then securely transported by one of our highly experienced staff who will present the car to you in full.
10you then take as much time as you need to verify that the car is everything you were expecting, including an ample test drive.
11then, and only when you are completely satisfied you would pay us the balance.

Note: in line with our terms, if we are unable to locate a suitable vehicle within 21 days, or you find a problem with the car that we can't rectify, then we guarantee to offer a full refund of the original deposit.
